[The Storm pt. 1]
Here are the Banger tunes and remixes that I know many are hungry for. It is after all Friday the kickstand that holds up the week..so KICK it over, knock the week down and expose the weekend! First off is the Hungarian Power lads: Headshot Boyz! They’ve kicked things up a notch on our site before and everyone we’ve been blessed to feature on the site from Hungary has made me hungry to visit their club scene! Second up is Mercurius FM, who is no stranger to Thee Nation and has been delivering amazing remixes. His Skeleton remix stood out, which is saying a lot since there are more of those than I can count out now!
Both remixes are of tunes that are being tackled by a lot of producers right now, ‘Peanuts Club’ and ‘Night by Night,’ but BOTH artist deliver something special to these remixes that make em stand out from the lot!

Filewile Number One Kid EP drops October 16th, 2009.
Sometimes I want rock with me elctro and sometimes I want Hip Hop. ‘Number One Kid’ comforts my hip hop craving, but does so in a unique way. The vocals on the track are soothing and it’s nice to break away from the more stereotypical sounding vocals that are often found in electronic music. Also included herein is the Mercury remix, which focuses more on the electronic aspect. So if there was something enjoyable about the original Number One Kid, but the vocals were too overpowering and hip hop for the Electrunkie than indulge in the Mercury remix which sustains the beats and is more conservative with it’s use of Vox.
