First up, I’d like to post this special mix tape that DJ Mehdi had made a few years ago. It was only available on a limited pressing of promo cds. As a remembrance of DJ Mehdi, Busy P aka Pedro Winter, has now made it available to the world online so everyone can enjoy it.
Mehdi’s own description of this tape, “Based on the DONUTS [by J Dilla] album concept, these are demos, out-takes and unreleased gems from various records I worked on before and during the making of LUCKY BOY, my next album.”
